Attitude 101: Abandon the Victim in you.

We are responsible for our thoughts and actions whether deliberate or not.

1- Your behaviour is under your control, be liable and obligated. You might yell at someone or be blunt enough with your words.Even if the person is out of line.

2- Abandon that victim in you that pushes you to blame others and point your finger.

3- Accept the fact that there is a problem there and ratify it. This acknowledgement is the trigger to controlling your behaviour.

4- Pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses.Don’t be too harsh to yourself and seek out the uniqueness in you.

5- Maintain a positive attitude. I believe that an attitude dwells from within; it’s not simply acquired.
By finding out what actually abates your positive attitude, it will be easy to start seeking a favorable one.
